REGISTRATION In order to bid you must first Register. Its a very simple process - just click on the REGISTER TO BID link on the bottom of each page and follow directions. Handle/Alias refers to the Bidder ID you want to be known by. This cannot be changed once you register - so pick out something you are going to remember. Program will send you an email with your password. You can change your password by clicking on CHANGE REGISTRATION/PASSWORD link. Please be sure to fill out the address correctly - Any registration with an incomplete address will be deleted. If you encounter any problems or are not sure of what to do, please feel free to contact us. BIDDING Placing a bid is very easy. Program will prompt you to fill out the correct amount or information. You can leave the maximum you are willing to bid at the time you bid. That means that if the program calls for a minimum bid of $100 for example, and you want to leave a higher maximum bid, just bid the maximum amount you are willing to pay for the item. The Program will bid for you only when necessary (if someone outbids you!) You can bid again at any time. To make it easier for bidders, we will stagger the bid closing times by one minute intervals. So, an auction with 120 items will close over a period of 2 hours. If item number 1 closes at 9PM , then item number 120 will close at 11PM . SNIPING (bidding in the last few seconds to outbid someone) is a way of life! So We Love Auctions strongly recommends that you place your bid in ample time before the closing time of an item to avoid being outbid or shutout all together! The program is fully automated and no one knows what your left bid is - so please bid with confidence! Bidding increments are $5 PREVIEW All auction items can be previewed at Mezzanine Antique Center during normal operating hours or by appointment. We charge a 10% buyers premium. This is a charge to the buyer and added to the amount of the winning bid. We will discount buyer's premium to 7% for cash or check payments.
TERMS Our Terms are very simple. If you bid, we expect you to pay! You will be billed by email on the day after the auction ends.(program will notify you if you have won a particular item) - wait for the final invoice with all of your purchases and any applicable shipping costs. PICK-UP All merchandise can be picked up at Mezzanine Antique Center at 79 Broadway, Kingston NY . during operating hours or by appointment. . Just call for an appointment. If you need to have your items shipped please contact us to make arrangements. We ship either UPS or USPS. There will be a service charge for shipping. NOTE: Buyer is responsible for pick-up or arrangement of pick-up on large items RETURNS We do not accept returns unless something is misrepresented. We try to be accurate in our descriptions, and if we miss something substantially, we will, of course, take it back! Once we pay our consignors, we will not accept returns for any reason (usually 2-3 weeks after end of sale). ABOUT US We have been doing catalog/mail/internet auctions since 1993. CONSIGNMENTS
Our commission rate per lot is as follows: 25% for items that sell from $1.00 - $100 20% for items that sell from $101- $500 15% for items that sell from $501 - 1000 10% for items that sell over $1000
All consignments are to be sent to our premises. We will do all the photo work and write the descriptions and take care of shipping the items once they are sold. We reserve the right to determine the starting bid or to reject any merchandise we do not feel is suitable for our auctions. Consignor is responsible for all shipping cost to our premises and any return postage for any unsold items. Please DO NOT SEND any merchandise without contacting us first.
